BEGINNER:
Vanessa is enthusiastic and excited to encourage and guide you at the start of your aerial journey. She will work with you on developing the strength to safely execute the climbs, poses, and beautiful sequences you will be learning. "I can't wait to see you swept up in the magic of aerial silks!"

INTERMEDIATE:
In this class, you will work on increasing your aerial repertoire with the end goal of bringing each sequence to a place where you can comfortably express your personal artistic aerial style. Prerequisites for this class include being familiar with, and able to safely execute, basic climbs, drops, and inverts in the air.

For beginners as well as intermediate aerialists.  A great way to build up and maintain the strength required to stay strong in the air, and.

Hoop/Lyra, Rope, Static Trapeze, Sling, Tippy Lyra, Fusion Belly dance, etc...

An introduction to aerial class using the Silks as both a sling and a ballet barre.

This class expands upon the fabric-based conditioning techniques taught in the introductory aerial barre class and takes you into the air with more climbs, wraps, and foot locks. These skills will provide a solid foundation for those seeking to advance as an aerialist, or an entertaining strength challenge for fitness enthusiasts. While this is still a beginner level class open to everyone, we do recommend starting with the Wednesday night class for those who have never had any prior aerial experience.
